For schools & organisations
A trusted partner for the adults around young people
We work alongside schools, alternative provision settings, and organisations to support young people who need it most.
Why partner with Bridgepoint Educare?
When a young person is struggling - with behaviour, attendance, exclusion risk, or emotional wellbeing - the adults around them need more than a referral form. They need a partner who understands the complexity, shows up consistently, and works collaboratively to achieve lasting change.

"Elliot has had a positive impact as a mentor, particularly in supporting students with anxiety and behaviour challenges. Through his patience, consistency, and understanding, he creates a safe space where students feel valued and truly listened to. This approach helps build trust and allows students to grow in confidence while learning to manage their emotions. Over time, his support encourages more positive engagement with learning and relationships in school. Elliot's approach not only supports academic progress but also nurtures resilience and self-belief in the students he works with."

"He has talked about you all evening. This is exactly what he's needed, a mentor and coach who can guide him to a bright future. Thank goodness for people like you in the world."

Bridgepoint Educare have gone above and beyond to help my son through the hardest time. The support, advice, football and laughter have really helped keep him on the straight and narrow and I will forever grateful for Elliot's hard work and dedication in mentoring him.

My 10 year old son really enjoys both his 1:1 sessions, working on confidence and resilience and the camps with Elliot. He is fantastic at making young people feel safe and confident to give anything a go. My son uses strategies suggested during sessions in day to day life as well as on the pitch. Would absolutely recommend as a mentor. My son can't wait for the next camp!

How it works
Simple, collaborative referral process
We keep the process straightforward so you can focus on the young person, not the paperwork.
Initial conversation
Get in touch and tell us about the young person or the challenge you're facing. We'll listen, ask the right questions, and advise on the best approach.
Referral & assessment
We complete a brief referral and needs assessment — gathering context from you, the young person, and their family where appropriate.
Matched & introduced
We identify the most appropriate mentoring approach and arrange an introduction session to begin building the relationship.
Ongoing support & review
Regular sessions begin, with progress updates shared with your team. We review outcomes together and adapt the approach as needed.
